Senior Outreach and Case Management
Jewish Family Services offers services, resources, referrals, and case management for older adults in greater Charleston, including our local Holocaust survivors.
JFS seeks to maintain the independence and dignity of senior adults, while keeping them connected to Jewish traditions and community.
Our friendly staff provide the following services to assist seniors and their family and caregivers:
Assistance in navigating senior benefits
Comprehensive assessments
Food delivery through the Kosher Food Pantry
Home and long-term care visitations
Resources and referrals to the appropriate local agencies
Wellness visits
